So this mornin' I woke up to my mom callin'
me tellin me that Grandma Crowfoot passed away.
She is from my stepfather's side.
It's been a long time since I've seen her, even years.
But I know that she was a strong woman
who had sent her all of her children
to people she didn't know
to be taken care of so that they could get
an education. Only having faith.
May you rest in peace.

This not even half the family no more since
everyone has more kids now
and all the cousins are married.
