Okay...
I'll admit I haven't worked out in months..urgh. But my sweetie started training some of his friends, so he asked my girlfriend Laura and I to come check it out. Let's just say everyone is in PAIN today from our 3 hour workout. But I feel more toned and flexible. And my posture is already getting better. I'll keep updates...the game plan is to work out Tuesdays and Thursday for 3 hours.
